Blog 290: Speedo League - Saturday 8th November 2008
The Teamsheets for the next round of the Speedo League are now displayed on club notice boards. Please confirm your availability to swim by Sunday 2nd November.
A Team - Worcester - Warm Up 6pm, Bus leaving from WP 4:30pm PROMPT!
B Team - Nuneaton - Warm Up 6pm, Bus leaving from WP 5pm PROMPT!
Please note: Swimmers should bring food with them for after they swim, as we will not be stopping on the way back from either gala. It is important to replenish energy supplies as soon as possible after finishing racing, as you will hopefully be using alot of energy racing during the gala!
