Both groups start with a pool session so swimmers should report to poolside by the time below. Group lists are as follows:

Swimmers in both groups should bring with them the following:
- Swimming Kit Bag
- Swim Suits for 2 water sessions
- Minimum of 3 Drinks (one per session)
- Change of clothes for land training
- EP & ES Squads - Log Book
- D3 Squad - Exercise Book
- Pen
- Lunch and (healthy) snacks
- A Positive Attitude!

As part of the process of analysing swimmers’ strokes video photography may be used during the session. Any parents not wishing to give their consent for this to take place should contact me, either by email or in person, as soon as possible. Parental consent will be assumed to have been given for any swimmers who have signed up on the WP notice board, or who have sent me their name to be listed above. Please note that a version of this portion of the text also appeared on the West Park notice board.
