There will be no training for Development 3 this Sunday as the squad are attending the Braunstone Open Meet.

All other squads' training will continue as normal.

Elite Squad

Saturday Running - 9:15am West ParkSunday Core Work - 6:35-7pm QLC
Wednesday Circuits - Starts 23rd September - 6:30pm West Park
Mon, Wed, Fri Mornings - Land Based Warm Up - 6am West Park - Swimmers in J2, J3 and Senior Squad are also encouraged to join these sessions.
