Blog 1121: Wednesday and Friday land training

After the meeting on Wednesday to discuss the land training at West park, the following decisions were made.

Callum will continue to coach these sessions
Wednesday and Friday will be split due to numbers and the need for it to be done right.
This Friday is cancelled
The swimmers for Wednesday are J3 plus and any Y & S swimmer under 14 as at the date of training and any masters who wish to attend.
The swimmers for Friday are Y & S swimmers 15 and over and Laura Hindle, Chloe Scattergood Megan Smith, Mason Tipping and Lucy Parsons.
