Due to space / capacity limits on poolside, LESC swimmers will be sat in studios upstairs at QLC on Sunday. They should therefore bring chairs, warm clothes & shoes / flipflops for walking about the centre in.
On arrival on Sunday morning, swimmers should change as normal in the gala pool changing rooms. If possible, please use the lockers down there - this will limit the amount of 'stuff' left upstairs. Once changed, please go upstairs to wait for the warm-up. There will be LESC parents / stewards around to help if you are unsure where to go.
