This Club gala will take place on Saturday 19th July and Sunday 20th July at WEST PARK Leisure Centre.The time will be for a 5pm warm up on both days.
The 400m free and 400 IM will be Saturday 6th September, and the 800m and 1500m freestyle will be Saturday 13th September.
This gala is open to all swimmers in the club, If you never competed before this is an ideal opportunity to have a go and gain some experience. As this is a Licenced Meet this will give you up to date times, which will be on ASA Rankings for future galas where times are required.

The closing date for this gala is Thursday 10th July, I will not accept any late entries. Please do not email entries to me. Cheques made payable to Long Eaton Swim Club. Entry forms to be posted in the post box at West Park.
