Last reminder that we are doing the 800/1500m Time Trial this Saturday at West Park. No normal training this morning and if your name is not on the list by tomorrow night you will not be able to swim.
It takes less than a minute to register and once used will give you the opportunity to register with ' find and remind' which means you do not even have to think about whether the site you are using is registered for Easyfundraising! What could be easier and remember 'every little helps to keep squad fees down'.
