We are looking for:
2-4 TEAM MANAGERS…… Helping to assist swimmers to prepare for their races
6 TIMEKEEPERS + 1 CHIEF TIMEKEEPER …… To take the official times for the races. Training will be given.
12 OFFICIALS…….. 10 judges, 1 starter, 1 referee
2 REFRESHMENTS ……. Hand out drinks to the helpers on poolside
1 RESULTS RUNNER ……. You will take the results from the timekeeper and take to the results room.
1 RESULTS ASSISTANT……. To help input the times onto the sports system computer.
6 HEALTH AND SAFETY ….. To stand on poolside to ensure that all aspects of health and safety
2 FRONT OF HOUSE …… To sell programmes and raffle tickets
1 ANNOUNCER …… To announce results of races
