Arrangements for this Saturday the 5th December are as follows: -
Land based warm up and blood flow will be in the gym at West Park 7am,
Pool warm up 7.30 to 7.45
Time Trials will start just after 7.45am
We will need all parents attending the session to help
We have to be out of the pool by 9am so we really will need everyone's help
