With the time trials taking place again this Saturday there will be no swim session at West Park. Swimmers who are taking part in the time trials, land training will start at 7am.
It takes less than a minute to register and once used will give you the opportunity to register with ' find and remind' which means you do not even have to think about whether the site you are using is registered for Easyfundraising! What could be easier and remember 'every little helps to keep squad fees down'.
