Due to lessons at the pool on Saturday morning the pool have advised that we are not allowed entry until 1pm - we are trying to get the pool to allow access to coaches and swimmers earlier but this will not be confirmed until the day. Spectators will not be admitted until 1pm. Apologies for this but it is what the pool are insisting on so please bear this in mind when arriving at the pool and bear with us - we will not be allowed to admit anyone early.
BAGS ON POOLSIDE: Swimmers should only bring a small bag on poolside (pump type bag – small drawstring), this is to ensure that the room on poolside is kept free for swimmers and so that air vents are not blocked. Large bags will not be allowed poolside- swimmers/coaches will be asked to remove them.
Swimmers are not allowed in the stands or the marshalling room with bare feet so please make sure your swimmers wear suitable footwear when being called to the marshalling area for races.
WITHDRAWALS: Please notify the ladies on the withdrawals table of any swimmer who will not be swimming, withdrawals are accepted up to 1 hour prior to session start time (ie: start of warm up).
Any swimmer who does not withdraw from a race and subsequently does not swim will be automatically withdrawn from all other races that day unless there is a valid reason for the non-swim – the withdrawals team will speak to the swimmers coach if this is the case.
