Warm up starts at 8am on both days with the afternoon session warm up starting at 12.30 on Saturday and 12 on Sunday
As with previous events at the Arc Leisure centre the Sports Hall is available for swimmers to wait in between events. There is a small amount of space poolside, for those that have been before you will know that this is limited and gets crowded quickly. Chairs will be permitted in the sports hall but not the pool area.
Poolside passes will be available from the entrance desk in the Blueberry café area.
