Blog 3390: Arena League B team

Despite the hardship in getting swimmers together (particularly in the 11u teams), the B team had a successful night of swimming at Daventry. Going up against several A teams and much larger B teams, the B team performed well on the night to take 5th, not lagging to far behind the next few teams. This shows that had we been able to get a full team together, we might have been able to challenge for those mid finish places. In the Open age group, the girls only dropped two points on the night, along with the boys not far behind. There were a few DQs on the night which need to be addressed, but it was good to see first time Arena swimmers in our 11 and under teams swimming well and enjoying themselves!
