Blog 3309: Starts and Turns

Starting Saturday January 27th at West Park 7.30 am - 9.00 am you have the opportunity to 'sharpen up' your Starts and Turns.  Coach Steve Tremain is running a set of three sessions (Jan 27th, Feb 3rd & 10th) and numbers will be limited so priority for this first block of three, will be given to anyone entering the Counties in February. You will find a list on the board at West Park for names or speak to Steve at training. This ill not be open to any swimmer already training on a Saturday morning as they will be expected to follow the coaches plans and training. This is an additional session for those in County, JD2 or JD1
