Saturday 17th
No training for National Squad at West Park
No land training for Midland Squad at West Park (swim still as normal 07.30 - 09.00)
Sunday 18th
No training for National Squad at Loughborough
County Squad will train at Loughborough 4-5
Midland Squad will train at Loughborough 5-6
All other squads will train as normal.
