Blog 3370: Urgent! East Midland Youth entries (100m,200m & 400m events)

Could the following swimmers contact me urgently to confirm which events they wish to enter at the first weekend of the East Midland Youth Championships.  I will be submitting entries on Monday evening (26th) - if I have not heard from you by 9pm Monday, I will assume you do not wish to swim.
