Warm-up: Girls 9-11 8:30am, Girls 12-14 8:45am, Boys 9-11 9:00am, Boys 12-14 9:15am. Session 1 starts 9:30am.
Warm-up: Boys 9-11 1:30pm, Boys 12-14 1:40pm, Girls 9-11 1:50pm, Girls 12-14 2:00pm. Session 2 starts 2:15pm.
If you need to withdraw any swimmers please advise this by email to me (andrew@northernsc.co.uk), by text message to 07999 765 775 or to club representatives who will be available in the foyer at Harvey Hadden in advance of the morning and afternoon sessions. Withdrawals should be advised before the start of each warm-up session to avoid empty lanes. Please also advise if a swimmer who has qualified for a final needs to pull out, as this will enable a place in the final to be given to a reserve finalist.
Any coach passes reserved should be collected from downstairs in the foyer. These entitle the holder to go poolside and to enjoy a buffet lunch. Please return any coach passes at the end of the day for reuse!
Spectators should proceed up the stairs where you will find a raffle and the entrance to the spectators' gallery. Spectators passes will be available for £8 for the whole day or £5 for a morning or afternoon session. Children aged 10 to 16 and OAPs are half price. Children aged under 10 can enter free of charge. Cash only please.

Harvey Hadden has a free car park with a large overflow area. If this does all fill up please be aware there is also free parking available on Wigman Road outside the venue. Nottingham City Transport bus service 28 runs from central Nottingham to the venue regularly throughout the day which provides an alternative means of transport."
