A massive well done to all the swimmers who competed in clubs champs over the weekend. I was really impressed with how far you have all come over the course of the season. The focus on process over outcome has really paid off and we will be continuing that theme next season. Take this opportunity to build yourself up and enjoy the racing which is the reward for all the hard work you put in the training sessions. Check the blog and enter the competitions for your squad, JD1/2 and County should be entering the Derbyshire Grand Prix. Your journey has only just started.
Make sure you get on the mini camp; the evening sessions leading up to it are just for those going on it and are going to be great fun, with the camp being a massive learning experience for both swimmers and parents.
