The Club's AGM is scheduled for Saturday 17th November at
8.00am at West Park Leisure Centre in the viewing area.
This is an important date in the diary where a review of the
performance of the club over the past year will be given, a review and vote on
the club constitution will be undertaken and elections for the committee for
the forthcoming year conducted.
In terms of elections for committee, a nomination form is
posted on the wall at West Park. We are looking for new members to take on a
variety of roles on the committee and as ever volunteers to support events and
other club activities.
Closing date for nominations – Saturday 27th
October 2018.
