I have an abscess on my gum and I am trying to get in to an emergency dentist. The one in Derby doesn’t open till 6pm tonight to even book an appointment. This means I will not be at the session tonight. Zeynap should be their for sports psychology so please remember to take your race profile sheets that you did on camp. A gentle reminder that if you are not fully committed to the sports psychology please only turn up for the pool session, so that those that are committed to improving mentally are not distracted. Alex will be taking the pool session and I hope to be back in the morning without the bulge on the side of my face.
