LESC – MINI CAMP
31st August & 1st September 2019, Loughborough University
LESC
is excited to announce its second Mini Camp will be taking place on Saturday 31st
August and Sunday 1st September at Loughborough University.
This will be a fantastic two-day camp offering:

Intensive swimming
coaching and tuition

Strength and conditioning
·
Nutrition workshop
·
Sports psychology
workshop
·
Motivational talk
Who can attend?
The
Mini Camp is open to the following Squads: JD2, County, Midland and National.
Timings
Saturday
31st August, 9.00am-4.00pm
Sunday
1st September, 9.00am-4.00pm
Cost
The
Mini Camp is £50.00.
A
deposit payment of £10 will be requested in June. The balance payment will be
due before the Summer break (July).
Further details on
payment will be provided in due course.
Expression of
interest
Places
are limited to a maximum of 64 and will be offered on a first come, first serve
basis.
To express your interest, please fill in the sheet on the board at West Park.
Other
information
As
part of the Mini Camp we are incorporating a "Spirit Week" the week
before (starting from Tuesday 27th August – Friday 30th August). This week is
intended to build team spirit, is fun, fast and motivational.
