Tonight is the final night of spirit week, so far it’s been fast furious and fun with a great turn out.
As always the Friday night session is a challenge set. As it is swim England’s 150th anniversary and they did a 150km swim celebrate, we will be doing the same. The session will start at 7:30 and the swimmers will be split into two groups. The first group will swim and the second group will count. After 50 minutes the swimmers will swap round with the second group swimming and first group counting. With the attendance we’ve had so far the average for each swimmer will be around 2800m.
