Warm up times for this weekend's Chesterfield Meet have been confirmed as:
1. Saturday afternoon - 1.00pm - 2.00pm
2. Saturday evening - 5.00pm - 6.00pm
3. Sunday morning - 8.30am - 9.30am
4. Sunday afternoon - 2.00pm - 3.00pm
LESC have a designated lane (Lane 2) for each warm-up and coaches will confirm what time swimmers will warm up on the day.
Swimmers are in the Sports Hall, so will need chairs, pool shoes, and something to do while waiting for their swims.
