Please note the following changes to training this weekend:
Saturday 25th
No a.m. training (land or pool) for National squad (Midland & County squads to train as normal)
Sunday 26th
No session at Loughborough for National / Midland Plus squads
County squad to train at Loughborough 4-5pm (no session at QLC)
Midland squad to train at Loughborough 5-6pm (no session at QLC)
These changes are due to the Burns Meet. All other sessions will run as normal.
