Helen Gorman drove back from Worcester Saturday night and then up to Sheffield to join up with LESC Masters swimmers on Sunday. Helen clocked an incredible time of 1:13.55 in the 100 breast (putting her 78th overall in this years national rankings) to claim her 12th British Record in 2013. 12 British Records and 1 European Record in a year is incredible swimming. Helen's next target is to qualify for the Commonwealth Games Trials, if she does this it would be the 4th time she has competed at the Trials.
