Gala 3 of the East Midlands Regional Championships takes place at Ponds Forge, Sheffield on 18th & 19th May. The following swimmers have qualified:

Entries are £8 per event - please pay in the usual way, either by putting a cheque in the box at West Park, or by BACS to the gala account.
