Dates: 20-22 March 2020
Venue: Ponds Forge, Sheffield
Age at: 31 Dec 2020
Entry fees: £12 per event for 800m & 1500m events, £7* per event for other events (plus £1 per swimmer towards coach passes)
Squads: Qualifiers from National & Midland squads
Closing date: Tuesday 18th Feb (entries into the box at West Park by 9pm)
